03 — TRAVEL BETTER. SPEND SMARTER.
Likizo combines travel expertise with on-the-ground knowledge, balancing quality, location, experience, and price so you do not have to.
We chart your whole journey — flights, stays, transfers, and experiences — so you spend less time searching and more time enjoying.
Not the cheapest option, never an overpriced one. We find the journey that is genuinely worth the money.
Supplier relationships and local knowledge unlock better stays, flights, and experiences for the same spend.
A clear planning fee, no hidden markups, and no surprises. You see the value before you commit.
04 — THREE SERVICE LEVELS
The same destination, three levels of support. Prices are per-person land estimates for the shortest journey in that tier; your quote is built around your dates and group.
The most affordable way to travel well.
Our best-value tier, and the one most travellers choose.
Fully hosted, all-inclusive and handled end to end.
Included: stays, ground transfers, planned experiences and Likizo planning support. Not included: international flights, visas, insurance and personal spending — quoted separately.
05 — ONE SIGNATURE LIKIZO ITINERARY
One example of how we build a journey — the same craft applies from Tokyo to the Amalfi Coast. Nairobi → Maasai Mara → Amboseli → Diani · 7 days / 6 nights
A private transfer to your boutique hotel in Karen, followed by a welcome dinner overlooking the capital's green canopy.

A bush flight to the Maasai Mara. Afternoon game drive, tented camp, and the great savanna light by sundown.

A full day on the plains with a Maasai guide, a bush lunch, and sunset overlooking the Mara River.

Elephants against Kilimanjaro, a thoughtful village visit, and a quiet fireside dinner.

Fly to the Indian Ocean coast for white sand, protected coral reefs, and a dhow at anchor.

Carved doors, spice markets, and a final lunch of fresh catch before your journey home.

06 — THE LIKIZO STORY
Likizo is the work of Jordan Muchui Githire, a traveller who fell so completely in love with being somewhere new that he had to build a way to share it.
The idea is simple: a beachside table in Lamu as the tide comes in, a long dinner in a city you have never seen, the right room at the right moment — with your favourite person, your favourite people, or entirely on your own.
Everything else is logistics, and logistics are what we take off your hands. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 202-560-6329 and you reach Jordan directly.
We select experiences for how well they are delivered, not simply how much they cost.
Better choices, smarter spending, and more memorable days.
Our expertise turns overwhelming search results into a journey designed around you.
“The better option, at the better value — with every detail handled.”
07 — THE PEOPLE ON THE GROUND
A journey is only as good as the people delivering it. These are the roles we build every itinerary around — named for you personally in your written proposal, once your dates and places are set.
The person who meets you at arrivals, knows the road conditions, and can change the plan on the day if weather or traffic says so.
Licensed guides in safari country and expert city guides elsewhere, chosen for how well they explain a place, not how loudly.
Vetted vehicles and drivers for airport runs, park transfers and long road days, so nobody is negotiating a fare at midnight.
Owners and managers we deal with directly, which is how a room gets moved to a better view or a late checkout simply happens.
The beachside kitchen in Lamu, the sushi counter worth booking ahead. Food is planned, not left to chance.
Conservancies and community-run projects where your visit supports the place you came to see.
We only list partners we have worked with. Rather than publish stock faces and invented names, we introduce you to the exact people who will look after you, before you pay anything.
08 — PARTNERS & STAYS
Our partners and stays are not a supplier list bought from a wholesaler. They are the connections we made while travelling these places ourselves — the captain, the guesthouse family, the guide, the driver — kept because they were good to us and gave us tips, suggestions and local expertise we could not have found alone.
Met on a first trip to the archipelago. He sails the sunset run when the tide is right, knows which sandbank is walkable that week, and cooks the catch on board.
Twelve rooms, run by the family who built it. They hold the two rooms with the best sea breeze for our travellers and arrange the marine park boat directly.
Introduced to us on a green-season trip. He reads tracks before anyone else in the vehicle sees them, and he decides the morning route, not the schedule.
Airport runs at any hour, honest traffic advice, and the reason nobody in our care has ever negotiated a fare at midnight.
A half-day along the coast with someone who knows which cove empties out at three in the afternoon, and where to eat afterwards without a reservation war.
Two connections made on separate trips. Between them: counter seats worth crossing the city for, and a tatami room in Kyoto that never appears on a booking site.
Names and properties are confirmed in your written proposal. We introduce you personally, so you arrive as someone expected rather than as a booking reference.
09 — WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ENQUIRE
From your first message to the day you fly home, here is exactly how a Likizo booking works.
Send an estimate or a message. Where you want to be, roughly when, who is coming and what you would like to spend.
Usually with questions, because the good version of your trip depends on the details you have not mentioned yet.
Named stays, day-by-day plan, real flight prices, everything included and everything excluded, and one final total.
You review it with no pressure. Changes are free at this stage — that is what the proposal is for.
Deposit to confirm, balance before departure, all supplier terms in writing. Your planning fee is credited to the booking.
From trip notes on Self-Guided to a reachable planner or a dedicated host on the ground, depending on your tier.
Included: stays, ground transfers, planned experiences and Likizo planning support. Not included: international flights, visas, insurance and personal spending — quoted separately. Deposits, balance dates and change terms are set out in your proposal in writing before any payment.
10 — PROOF, NOT PROMISES
Likizo is young. Rather than fill this page with stock photographs and reviews nobody wrote, here is what you can verify today.
You will not find a single testimonial here until a real traveller writes one. When they do, it appears with their name and their own photographs.
Named stays, flight prices, inclusions, exclusions and one final total — before any payment, on every trip.
Jordan answers the phone. Call or text +1 202-560-6329 and ask anything before you commit a cent.
Travel with us now and, if you are happy, share your story and photographs. Early travellers shape how this collection grows.
Send a few lines and a photograph or two from your journey. We publish reviews exactly as written, with your first name and your own images — nothing rewritten, nothing staged.
11 — START A CONVERSATION
Tell us what you want to embark on. Jordan and the Likizo team will reach out to tailor the route, dates, support, and price around you.
